Fountain™ is happy to accept your orders over the Internet and deliver your fonts via e-mail.

This is how our ordering process works:

1. Go to the place order form page and fill out your order. Then you submit your order.

2. The order is sent to a company called Kagi. They check your creditcard number thoroughly, this is to make sure that no-one else attempts to use your card number & name, i.e. to protect you from credit card fraud.

3. When everything is checked and turns out OK, Kagi then sends Fountain a confirmation mail & we send you the fonts by e-mail.

This usually takes from between 1 hour to 12 depending on the time difference to Sweden/Europe (our timezone is CET +1, that's 6-10 hours ahead of
America). We check our mail several times each day & evening.

We know this process take a few hours longer than the immediate download sites. But we think it has the advantage of making the paying process more secure as well as diminishing the risk of fraud for both parties.
